Warranty terms are set by the manual and your purchase contract. Disassembly, modification, or repair without written authorization voids the warranty.
Safety during use
- Always stay within the rated payload; never overload the robot.
- Use end effectors only for their intended purpose.
- Operate on flat floors; slopes must not exceed 10°.
- Do not push, pull, bump, or obstruct the robot while it is moving.
- Only qualified personnel may change motion control parameters or disable active safety functions.
- On abnormal motion, collision risk, or any emergency, press the E-stop immediately and cut motion power.
- Keep a safe distance during operation; stay out of the reach of the arms, wheels, and other moving parts.
- Keep hands, feet, and other body parts away from joints, folding mechanisms, wheels, and other pinch or crush points.
- During autonomous navigation, teleoperation, or automatic tasks, make sure people nearby know the robot is running and stay out of its path.
General safety rules
- Area safety: confirm no people or obstacles are in the work area before operating.
- Low-speed testing: test new programs and parameter changes at low speed first.
- Emergency stop: in any emergency, use the red physical E-stop immediately.
- Parameter backup: back up system parameters regularly.
- Training: operators must be trained in the procedures and safety rules.
- E-stop state: confirm the E-stop is released before debugging; while pressed, the robot ignores motion commands.
- Drag teaching: check the surroundings before entering drag mode and keep fingers clear.
- Electrical safety: do not plug or unplug controller cables while powered.
